to mark the beginning of a successful stint on the silver screen.

Talking about Govinda Govinda, Thilak adds, “There is an ample dose of comedy without any vulgarity which will make audiences sit back and enjoy. People are in distress, having had to stay indoors due to the lockdowns, but Govinda Govinda is a perfect laughter medicine to get over the lockdown hangover. We have shot extensively in Vijayapura, Madhugiri and Chintamani, capturing historical locations that has added to the visual beauty. There are humming tracks and a bit of action which brings variety to the plot.”
Revealing the plot of the movie, Thilak states, “There are two stories. An aspiring director approaches a leading actress for dates. On the other hand, college student Alamelu wants to achieve big as a Bharatanatyam dancer, but her father wants her to concentrate on studies. Alamelu’s friends leave no stone unturned to realize her dreams which lands them in trouble. The tricks they use to overcome such situations will take audiences on a roller-coaster journey. Roopesh Shetty, and Sunethra Pandit has done justice to the characters.”
