Director
Prashant Raj, who rose to fame with his award-winning film Love Guru, is all set to make another romantic film, and this time, with Golden Star
Ganesh.
The filmmaker, whose last outing was the Kannada remake of Pizza titled Whistle, has signed Ganesh for an original story that he has written.
“It will be a very colourful and youthful film for Ganesh. He is known for his breezy dialogue delivery and comedy, so the script will focus on these elements,” says Prashant, who is looking at roping in the best in the business for the supporting cast and crew.
“Ideally, I would like to bring Anant Nag and Lakshmi back onscreen together. Discussions are on, but nothing’s finalized,” says the filmmaker, adding that shooting for the as-yet-untitled film will begin on the actor’s birthday in July.
