Ganesh gets nostalgic as Mungaru Male team reunites

The team of Mungaru Male which is comprised of Golden star Ganesh, director Yogaraj Bhat, writer Preetham Gubbi, lyricist Jayanth Kaikini and and cinematographer Krishna met on Sunday.
Sharing a picture of reunion of his social media pages, Ganesh wrote a poetic caption which is akin to popular dialogue from Mungaru Male which got released in the year 2006 gave major break especially to Ganesh and Pooja Gandhi.The movie created a record in the history of Sandalwood by raking in moolah at the box office. Anisuthide song from Mungaru Male is still remembered even today. The movie was eventually remade in 2008 in Telugu as Vaana, in Bengali as Premer Kahini, in Odia as Romeo and in Marathi it was remade as Premay Namaha.
The sequel of Mungaru Male titled as Mugaru Male 2 was directed by Shashank got released in the year got released in 2016 did not live up to the expectations of the movie. Meanwhile, Ganesh has wrapped up shooting for Gaalipata 2 whic is again directed by Yogaraj Bhat.
