Guidelines issued by government for OTT platforms
The Centre on Thursday notified new guidelines for digital and OTT platforms in a “soft touch oversight” rules which call for a three-tier regulation mechanism for (OTT) platforms and also requires them to self-classify their content into five categories based on age.
