Speaking about the coveted members of the film, Prakash Raj, who has won five National Awards as an actor, supporting actor, filmmaker and producer, says, 'The presence of each of these award-winners has taken the film to the next level. Take, for example, Ilaiyaraaja. A filmmaker only narrates a story, but it is Ilaiyaraaja's music that brings out the emotion in it. As for Priya Mani, she's a brilliant and a very sensual actor. In this film, her character is like a flowing river ' you never know what course it will take, what lies in its path or where it will end.'
He doesn't stop there. 'Sreekar Prasad's crisp editing has added pace to the story. As for the film's setting, since we wanted to bring out the small-town feel to it, we shot in less-populated towns. The rustic setting seamlessly blends into the film's fabric, and the credit for that goes to Shashidhar,' says Prakash.
