Face 2 Face is a romantic thriller that is off the beaten track

Having assisted Upendra for around six years, it was only evident that

director Sandeep Janardan

would make a film that is off the beaten track. Ready with the release of Face 2 Face, Sandeep tells us that the romantic thriller is a film that is completely driven by its screenplay. “This film is an experiment of sorts. It is about daily life and what happens when a girl enters the life of a man (played by Rohith Bhanuprakash), who is trying to make something of himself. There are several clues in the film and the audience will not know what to expect till the very end,” says Sandeep.
The film has largely been shot in and around Chikmagalur and Mangaluru, and Sandeep says this was done for two reasons. “Chikmagalur suites the romantic parts of the film. Also, while working on the script, I wanted the film to be set in a pleasant place, with not much traffic, and these two places fit the bill perfectly,” Sandeep signs off.
