“The reaction to these films has brought pressure on me as a director. I’m making sure that we don’t compromise on the budget or in the making of the film. Our canvas has got bigger, and we are relooking the script, and introducing fights and scenes,” says Chandru, adding, “Apart from Upendra in the lead, and Sudeep in a prominent role, the cast features Bollywood actors like Danish Akhtar Saifi, Nawab Shah, Kabir

Duhan Singh

and Murali Sharma.”

The team is through with 80 per cent of the shoot and has 10-15 days of work pending. It is simultaneously working on the post-production. The teaser will be released in May. The film, presented by MTB Nagaraj and produced under the Siddeshwara Enterprises banner, has KGF music composer Ravi Basrur scoring the music.
