Kannada film and television actor
Chandan Kumar who was seen in ‘Lifeu Ishtene’, ‘Luv U Alia’ and other movies, is in self quarantine to keep himself away from
Coronavirus. However, the actor is not wasting his time at all. He is spending time at
home
writing scripts for his upcoming directorial venture. He is also feeding animals on the streets. Chandan exclusively spoke to ETimes and shared how he is keeping himself busy at home.
The actor said, “We are completely stuck, we can't even work from home. I am working out at home, writing scripts and watching movies. I can't even meet friends. So, I often go to
Nandi Hill
near Bangalore and
feed dogs
and monkeys. I am not going anywhere in crowded places. I have contributed to the relief fund but I felt like I needed to do more. So, I went to Nandi hills and fed animals. When I am going outside, we sanitise cars, wear masks and maintain all safety.”

Advising people on how to maintain safety in these times, Chandan Kumar said, “People should stay at home to avoid the pandemic. All the Coronavirus affected people should be hospitalised and given treatment. Being at home is very good. Even if you want to go out, go to a place where there is no one and take some fresh air wearing a
mask
, and gloves. Everyone should follow the guidelines provided by the government.”
He is also writing a script for his upcoming directorial movie, starring himself in the lead role. “All my shootings have stopped. I was even supposed to announce this film of mine on March 15 but that had to be called off due to the lockdown. So, now I have been writing the script for the film that I will be directing. I have been working on it since the past one and half years,” Chandan Kumar revealed.
