Exclusive: Bhaskar plays cop for multilingual film

Actor Bhaskar has joined the team of multilingual film, Wolf, which has Prabhudeva in the lead role and an ensemble cast. The project, directed by Vinoo Venkatesh, is currently under progress.

An excited Bhaskar, who is known for playing cop roles, says: “I play an investigative officer, Amrutha Lingam, who has the responsibility of solving a series of murders that is giving the people and the police department sleepless nights. I have a climax scene with Prabhudeva, which will be shot at Andaman and Nicobar Islands. I am eager to work with him.”


As for being typecast, Bhaskar, who has now acted in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi projects, says: “I don’t feel I have been typecast because there are subtle changes in the roles I play. I am proud that people recognise me as a police officer.”
