His Telugu project, Eega, is not a full-fledged animation flick. And no, hes not playing the villain in this Rajamouli-directed film. What the film does have, though, is an animated character. And as the name Eega suggests, that is a fly. Even if theres a desire to dub our films into another language, there are costs for dubbing artistes, song lyrics and playback singers that have to be accounted for. How do we generate that money and what is the guarantee the costs can be recovered? These are issues that the industry has to look into.
