Duniya Vijay's debut directorial project, 'Salaga', is on it’s way to completion as it is now in its final schedule. It was known that the film was a complete underworld based one and now it has emerged that it has a Mangalore underworld connect to it.
According to a source, 'Salaga' will begin with scenes depicting the Mangalore underworld and the shooting of the movie will be done on the various coastal areas for three days.
The team will start shooting Monday onwards at the coast of Mangalore, Malpe, Udupi and Kundapur and will finish on Wednesday.
Duniya Vijay, who is directing the movie, is also playing the lead role, and has captured some of the main attractions around Mangalore like the beach and the fish markets. After this, the shooting of the film will be completed and only the songs will be left to be filmed. The team plans to begin the post-production work soon after all the filming is completed and will release it by the end of February.
Actress Sanjana Anand is paired with Duniya Vijay in the movie which is being produced by KP Srikanth. Dolly Dhananjaya is playing a police officer in the plot where Charan Raj is composing music.
