Divya Suresh bags the lead in Rajavardan's next

contestant and actress Divya Suresh is excited about her latest film. She will be playing the lead role in

Hiranya

, in which she is paired alongside

Rajavardan

. The actress is scheduled to begin shooting for the film shortly.

And Divya can’t stop gushing about her character. "This is unlike anything that I have played or been offered. It is a well-written role and gives me great scope to perform. I am happy to play such a challenging role. I have been asked by the makers to not reveal more details about the nature of the character, but I know it will be something that I am eager to show people on screen. I also am delighted to work with director Prawin Avyukth and we have a fabulous technical team that includes Yogeshwaran from the

Tamil

film industry as the cinematographer," she adds.

Divya adds that she is glad that she finally can work with Rajavardan. "We were supposed to work on a film together before this, but it never took shape. I am happy that we have this opportunity to work together," she reveals. Divya, meanwhile, hints that she might have something interesting coming up on the small screen too.
