lockdown
. Sumana, who made her debut in Kannada film industry as an associate director and lyricist with the movie ‘
Aa Dinagalu
’, has directed many films.
Sumana Kittur, who has lived in
Pondicherry for many years, has married her longtime boyfriend Srinivas, who is a software engineer and photographer.
The couple who believed in simple marriage was planning to visit a temple in Karnataka and get married but due to the lockdown extension, the couple decided to marry in Pondicherry.
With films like ‘Slum Bala’, ‘
Kallara Santhe
’, ‘Edegarike’ and ‘Kiragoorina Gayyaligalu’ to her credit, Sumana has also won the Karnataka State Film Award for ‘Kallara Santhe’ and ‘Edegarike’.
