Sandalwood director
Mahesh Babu’s next, which has newcomers Sughosh and Hritika in lead roles, is titled Aparoopa. The talkie portions of the film are almost complete. The team recently shot a romantic number in Kashmir, which is turning out to be a popular destination for Sandalwood.
Director Mahesh Babu, who is known to introduce fresh faces, is now introducing newbies Sughosh and Hritika through the romantic film Aparoopa. Sughosh is a software engineer who studied in the USA. His passion for acting made him venture into Sandalwood. Hritika, who is a danseuse, hails from a family of actors. The project has been extensively shot in Bengaluru,
Mysuru
and Chikkamgaluru.
Manu Kalyadi, who had directed Prarambha, has penned the dialogues and story of the movie. Prajwal Pai has scored the music.
Puneeth Rajkumar and
Armaan Malik have lent their voices for the romantic tracks in the film. Actor
Ashok,
Avinash, Dinesh Mangaluru and Aruna Balraj will be seen in significant roles. The makers are planning a theatrical release at the end of the year. Director Mahesh Babu had last directed
Athiratha
which had Chetan in the lead.
