Actor Diganth’s next movie,
Anthu Inthu
, will be shot extensively in
Canada
and marks
Brinda Muralidhar
’s debut in Sandalwood.
Producer
and actress
Jayashree says, “At the age of seven, Diganth’s character gets settled in Canada as his father gets a job. His grandmother, who stays in
Mandya
, wants the family to return. Having spent his initial years in India, Diganth longs for Indian culture and tradition. On the other hand, his brother is born and brought up completely in Canada, so there are cultural differences. Diganth has always been seen as a lover boy in most of his movies. But in Anthu Inthu, most of the girls want him as a friend or a brother because of his responsible nature. The film also touches on the misconception of how kids grow up in western countries.”
