Dhananjay signs Prabhu Srinivas directional venture

After the success of ‘Tagaru’, Dhananjay became a popular actor in the Sandalwood with a huge fan following. The actor played the role of ‘Dolly’ in the movie, which attracted and entertained the audiences.
According to latest reports, Dhananjay has now signed an untitled movie to be directed by Prabhu Srinivas that is touted to be based on the underworld. The movie that is expected to commence in the second week of February 2019, will see Dhananjay playing the lead role.
The actor is currently busy with the movie 'Popcorn Monkey Tiger' directed by Suri, which is also said to revolve around the underworld. Adressing question about the films being similar, Dhananjay said, “Prabhu's film and Suri's films are related to the underworld but there are differences in the look of the characters and the story."
