Darshan cleared, Upendra stuck!
The Animal Welfare Board of India has in its meeting on Wednesday approved the climax scene of Darshan's film Jaggu Dada. The approval has come just two days before the film's release scheduled for today. In its previous meeting the AWBI had objected to the use of 'white pigeons' in the climax of the film.
The board has not given any explanation on how the problem was solved, but it has come in the nick of time for Jaggu Dada.

Meanwhile, in the same meeting, another Kannada film Kalpana 2, starring Upendra, faced problems. The bats had been created using computer graphics for the film but, unfortunately, the CD sent to the AWBI by the film team did not 'open' for the members to scrutinise it.
The AWBI has said, "Not approved. The applicant to send two fresh CDs as the CDs sent did not open."
