Everyone including his fellow actors and fans are urging people to speak up if they are depressed and feeling lonely. Now, many stars across different film industries have been speaking out publicly about their own phases of depression and one of them is Kannada star Danish Sait.
Sandalwood actor Danish Sait who is known for his character Humble Politician Nograj is one of the many celebrities who has revealed about the depression that he has been suffering from since 3 years. The actor made everyone laugh over the years on the screen, but behind the scenes, he has been sad and depressed. Danish Sait spoke out to the public in a tweet and a series of comments on his social media handle.
He wrote on his Twitter handle, "My 3rd year through therapy and anti depressants, I don’t sleep at night without taking my cipralex tablet. Depression doesn’t look like anything, it makes you feel like nothing from within. Hard to describe, harder to understand. Doctors / professionals have been my only hope." Danish also wrote a series of comments, explaining what he has been going through in detail.

During the lockdown, Danish Sait kept many people entertained with his comic videos. And now many people have praised Danish Sait for opening up and have suggested to takecare of himself. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone too appreciated Daish for speaking out and said, "It is extremely heartening to see soo many of you coming out and sharing your experience with mental illness. "
