Dana Kayonu now a play?

Usually, when one thinks about movie promotions, you usually picture press meets or visits to city colleges. But here's something that has perhaps never before been seen in Sandalwood.

While discussing how to promote their film, Yogaraj Bhat and Duniya Vijay ' director and lead actor, respectively, of

Dana Kayonu

' came up with a unique idea. In a span on just two days, the entire team ' Vijay, Yogaraj,

Priya Mani

, Rangayana Raghu and producer R

Sreenivas

' thought up and practised a nearly 10-minute-long skit, which was shot on Tuesday, and will be used to promote the film that releases this Friday.

Vijay dressed up as Lord Krisha (who is known as dana kayonu), albeit with a six-pack, and sticking with the theme, Priya dressed up as Rukmini. Raghu's character is named Subsidy Shyamanna, while Yogaraj and Sreenivas played themselves ' the director and producer, respectively.
