Cricket legend Anil Kumble unveils Sudeep's CDP ahead of latter's birthday

Ahead of Sudeep's birthday, ex-cricket legend Anil Kumble has released the actor's CDP, or the common display picture, on behalf of the many million fans. Anil Kumble took to Twitter earlier today to unveil the fan-made picture featuring the mighty Sudeep in all his glory. Sudeep will celebrate his special 50th birthday on the 2nd of September.

Acknowledging the special gesture on Kumble's part, Sudeep would respond to the tweet by expressing the gratitude and honor he felt."What better can there be Anil Kumble sir... honored and humbled," wrote the 'Vikrant Rona' actor in his tweet.

Both Sudeep and Anil Kumble go back a long way, owing to the former's avid interests in the sport of Cricket and them being bonafide representatives of the city of Bengaluru. Sudeep has led the Kannada team a number of times in the celebrity cricket league.
On the work front, Sudeep is gearing up for the release of his magnum opus 'Vikrant Rona' wherein he plays the titular role with Anup Bhandari helming the project. The film is currently being run through the post-production mill, owing to its vast scale and VFX work involved, and one can expect a release date to be announced soon.
