Surabhi Tiwari has been making waves in the entertainment industry with her captivating performances. Surabhi began her career as an engineer and worked with several multinational companies. In an interview with ETimes, Surabhi spoke about how she stepped into acting and her journey in the glamour world.
"I had always been interested in acting even when I was working at corporate companies, but never really pursued it seriously.
I had a regular corporate job, but I felt unfulfilled and wanted to do something more creative. So, I started taking some acting classes on the side, just for fun," she shared.
"One day, I got to know that auditions were happening for a small role in a popular TV show. I decided to give it a shot and went for the audition. Surprisingly, I got selected for the role, which was a great boost to my confidence. After that, I got some more small roles in TV shows, but I was always on the lookout for something more substantial. Then, I got the opportunity to audition for a good role in the show, which was a turning point for me. I put my heart and soul into the audition and fortunately, I got selected for the role. From there, I started getting more offers for TV shows, web series, and films. And here I am today, living my dream of being an actress", she added as she walked down the memory lane.
Talking about her experience of working in 'Cottonpete Gate', she said, "It was a challenging yet fulfilling experience. The film was shot in Kannada and Telugu, and I had to learn both languages for my role. It was a great opportunity for me to showcase my acting skills and learn new things. The entire cast and crew were very supportive and helpful during the shoot. It was a great learning experience for me as an actor, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful project."
