Chiranjeevi Sarja to play the lead in female-centric 'April'

Sandalwood Dimple Queen Rachita Ram recently signed up for director Satya Rayala’s ‘April’. And now Chiranjeevi Sarja has agreed to play the lead in this female-centric project. ‘April’ is a commercial thriller produced by Narayan Babu, who had previously invested in '8mm'.
With Chiranjeevi Sarja onboard, the director had to make a few changes to the story. Arjun Shetty and Prateek Shetty are doing the cinematography for ‘April’.Sachin Basrur will mark his debut in Sandalwood as a music director with this movie. The director is busy finalizing the cast and will start shooting from December. And official announcement of ‘April’ is awaited.
Rachita Ram is currently busy with films like 'Ramesh Aravind's ‘100’, ‘Ek Love Ya’, and ‘Dolly'. She will also be seen in 'Ayushmanbhava' directed by P Vasu. The team has already finished shooting and will release the film on November 1.
