Kannada film director K M Chaitanya is in the mood for comedy. The Aa Dinagalu director plans to start work on his next, Parari. After his impressive debut with
Aa Dinagalu, Parari will mark a comeback of sorts for this director who has been busy with theatre, filming documentaries and short films and, of course, television.
'It is a slapstick comedy, a road film about three youngsters who are on the run after they get into a situation.
The supporting cast includes
Rangayana Raghu,
Sadhu Kokila and Umashree among others. We are yet to finalise the main cast. While Bullet Prakash will play one of the three guys, we hope to be able to cast newcomers who will be chosen through auditions,' says Chaitanya.
The film is expected to go on floors by end of September.
