CH Loknath was a righteous person who we all looked up to

As Sandalwood’s ‘uncle’ CH Loknath breathed his last earlier today, veteran actor Anant Nag, who worked with him in many films, shares fond memories of the late actor. Here's what he told us:
"I worked with Loknath for many years and I remember him as a righteous person, who we all looked up to. We would ask his opinions on various subjects and he always had wise words for us.I had the privilege of starring with him in Minchina Ota, during which we got to spend many days together; that was an enlightening time. We met often and inquired about each other’s health. The last film that we were in together was Re, but only his voice and a picture was used in the film. Our interactions had reduced over the last few years, but I only have fond memories of being in his company."
