Brindavana shoot at Gajendragad

The Darshan-starrer Brindavana – which is set to go down in the history books as having the most expensive songs till date – is now being shot at Gajendragad, which is the location of a fort in the Gadar district of Karnataka.Previous locales for the film included Lalit Mahal and Chamundi Hills in Mysore, Bangalore, Nanjangud and Melkote. The highlights of the shoot were a song shot in Iceland, and an action sequence captured by stunt director Palaniraj in Kushalnagar, Coorg.Brindavana is a remake of a Telugu film of the same title. The other cast members of the film include Karthika, Milana, Saikumar, Geetha, Doddanna, Sadhu Kokila, Jai Jagadish and Sharat Babu, among others. KV Raju has penned dialogues, V Harikrishna has composed music, Ravi Verma has overseen the stunts, KM Prakash has done the editing, Ganesh the choreography, Ramesh Babu the cinematography, and Kaviraj and Nagendra Prasad the lyrics for the film.
