My mother has always told me that I behave like the entire world's weight is on my head. I have begun meditation sessions slowly over this period, which has calmed me. I could never sit still in mediation for more than two or three minutes earlier. Now, I can meditate for long and do it as a ritual, daily.

While I have always lived with my parents and family, I have never valued the time we spend with each other. I'd always be lost in my own work and thoughts. Over this past month, we have ensured we spend at least an hour or two with each other, which includes my parents and my brother's family. We watch Ramayana and Mahabharata like old times and it is a lot of fun.
