Bharath Bopanna turns bad boy for Kollywood

Actor Bharath Bopanna, who started off with the small screen to go on to debut in Sandalwood with Demo Piece, is now looking beyond Karnataka.
He is debuting in a Tamil film, Achcham Enbathu Illaye, directed by A L Vijay, and with Amy Jackson, Nimisha Sajayan and Arun Vijay in lead roles.
Bharat, who has shot for his introduction portions in London, says, “I play a stylish villain who is on a mission and is ready to do anything to accomplish it.I will sport a never-seen-before look in an action-oriented movie which I wanted to try for a very long time. The next schedule of shoot will take place in Chennai where I will be shooting with Amy Jackson and Arun Vijay.”
On the transition from lead roles in Kannada to negative roles in Tamil, he said: “Ultimately, I want to do roles which satisfy me. As an actor, I want to do ontrasting roles.”
Bharat, who has taken a break from television, also has another movie called Chikkiya Muguthi, based on a novel. “The shoot is almost done. We are planning to shoot for important portions in Vietnam,” he signs off.
