Bhama to play visually-impaired girl in Shekar's next

Kannada film director PC Shekar has begun work on his next film, titled Raaga. And for the lead role in this one, he's roped in Bhama. This is the second time the director is working with Bhama, after their last outing for the Kannada film Arjuna that had Prajwal Devaraj in the lead. 'The female lead role is a challenging one in this film; it is high on emotional connect and I had to cast some who I was confident about.I have worked with Bhama before and I am aware of the kind of potential she has as an actress. I am happy that she took up the challenge,' says Shekar. The team plans to cast a newbie as the male lead. The film is expected to go on floors later this month.
