Bengaluru magistrate court dismisses Duniya Vijay's bail plea

The 8th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in Bengaluru on Wednesday dismissed the

bail

plea of actor Duniya Vijay and three associates accused in the gym trainer

Maruti Gowda

's assault and kidnapping case.

The incident occurred on the night of September 22 at Ambedkar Bhavan in Vasant Nagar. The complaint was lodged by

Pani Puri Kitty

who is a relative of Maruti Gowda.

The police arrested Duniya Vijay and his associates after Panipuri kitty filed a complaint. Maruti Gowda is reportedly yet to be discharged from the hospital.
