“Right was shot in Hyderabad and the makers of the film were from the

Telugu

industry. But most of the film’s team were from the Bhojpuri industry and they were the ones who referred me to the makers of my second film,” shares Meghashree.

Aparadhi

is a crime-based suspense flick and is being helmed by Shekhar Sharma, who has previously delivered many hits in Bhojpuri filmdom. “I play a teacher in this flick and we are currently shooting in Gorakhpur. And the kind of fanfare we receive on sets is unbelievable. In thr south, we often mistake Bhojpuri cinema to be rather nice. But it’s only after I started doing films here that I realised how humongous it is. The kind of reception actors get here is on par with any south industry,” she points out.
