Arjun Sarja in return filed a defamation suit against Sruthi Hariharan for accusing him.
Actress Sruthi Hariharan filed a police complaint against Arjun Sarja. Arjun Sarja has moved the High Court seeking to reject the FIR filed against him. The petition was raised in the High Court today.
After the hearing in High Court, the decision was partly in favour of Arjun Sarja. The High Court has ordered not to arrest Arjun Sarja but the investigation will be in progress.
The High Court's single-judge bench hearing the arguments said that the next hearing will be held on November 14.
