In recent times, the Kannada film industry has been making a lot of commercial movies and there is a fall in the movies being made based on novels. However, now, a new film is all set to take off and its plot is based on the novel ‘Vajragalu’ written by
Sara Abubakar

The movie is titled ‘Sara Vajra’ and the first look of the movie was released on March 4. The film will be directed by Arna Sadi and actress
Anu Prabhakar will be playing the lead role. The actress will be portrayed as Nafisa, who belongs to a Muslim family.
Previously, Anu Prabhakar has played a small role in 'Anuktha' which was released last year, and will be now seen playing a full-fledged character in ‘Sara Vajra’. Anu Prabhakar shared a photo with Sara Abubakar and director Arna Sadi on Twitter.
