Ambareesh's Antha to hit screens again

One of the biggest hits in the late Rebel Star Ambareesh's career, Antha, is set to re-release on November 8. Earlier this year, director SV Rajendra Singh Babu had planned to bring the film to theatres for Ambareesh's birth anniversary. While it did not pan out then, the makers have now released the trailer again to announce the new date, November 8.
Antha had Ambareesh, Lakshmi and Latha in lead roles.The film went on to become a huge success and is viewed as a milestone in Ambareesh's career. It was so popular that it was remade in Tamil as Thyagi, in Telugu as Antham Kadidi Aarambam and in Hindi as Meri Aawaz Suno.
