Sandalwood's Rebel Star Ambareesh and Crazy Star V Ravichandaran will be honoured at the south film industries' Centenary Celebration of Indian cinema, which is under way in Chennai. The event was inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on September 21 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, and is being graced by celebrities from all four South Indian film industries -- Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu.September 23 has been slated for the Telugu and Kannada film industries to make their presentations. Apart from Ambareesh and Ravichandaran, the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) has selected 60 celebrities from Sandalwood to commemorate. The list includes Parvathamma Rajkumar, Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, B Saroja Devi, Leelavathi, Jayanti, Dwarkish, SV Rajendrasingh Babu and Girish Kasaravalli. According to KFCC sources, veteran actors like S Shivaram, Harini, Jayamala, Ajanta Raju, KCN Chandrashekar, Vijay Reddy, SK Bhagavan, KSL Swamy, Lahari Velu, Babu Khan, BK Sumithra, Rajesh Krishnan, Ashok, S Ankalagi, KN Taylor, BS Basavaraj, MS Umesh and Mugur Sundar are also included in the list.

Darshan,
Sudeep, Upendra,
Puneeth Rajkumar, Ragini Dwivedi, Radhika Pandit, Radhika and others are expected to perform to Kannada numbers in the finale that will be held at Nandan Auditorium in Chennai on September 24.
