Sandalwood movie Akramana, which has Raghu Mukherjee and Diasy Shah, in the lead is likely to hit screens in the month of June. The movie is directed by Mysorean Prashanth Kumar. The movie is touted to be a second 3D movie in Sandalwood after the Upendra-starrer movie Katari Veera Surasundagari. Raghu Mukherjee is playing the role of a top cop for the first time in a movie.
Mumbai-based actor Makarand Deshpande, who made his debut in Sandalwood last year in the movie
Dandupalya, is playing the role of Aghori in the film. The movie was extensively shot in and around Mysore. Recently, a high-octane action sequence was shot on the outskirts of Mysore.
Akramana movie will be the first release for Raghu Mukherjee in this year.
