Ajai Rao teams up with Shashank and Guru Deshpande for his next

Actor Ajai Rao would soon be seen acting in what seems to be another story along the lines of the popular Krishna series. His upcoming film would be written by Shashank and the team has planned the films muhurtha on January 24. Director, screenwriter and lyricist Shashank who had earlier written Krishnan Love Story and Krishna-Leela would be penning the script for the same.
Accoridng to the makers the new film would also be a Krishna film, but the title of the title of the film is yet to be confirmed.
The film would also be directed by Shankar who has worked as a co-director and associate for over 15 films including Gentleman, Raja Tuli, Rudra Tandava. This outing would be his first as an independent director. According to the film team, a top lead heroine has already been finalised for the film and her name reveal would happen soon.
Made under the banner of G Cinemas of Guru Deshpande who adds, "We will announce the title of the film soon. Ajai Rao and Shashank share a great rapport and Shashank comes up with really good concepts and stories and the Krishna series are one of the best love stories in Kannada and with this film we are taking it further."
Meanwhile, Ajai Rao seems to gravitate towards titles of films that include the name Krishna. His tryst with Krishna began in the year 2010 when his film Krishnan Love Story turned out to be a hit. Ajai followed that up with Krishnan Marriage Story (2011), Krisha-Leela (2015), Krishna Rukku (2016), Krishna S/O CM (2017) and had begun work on Krishna Talkies which was directed by Vijayanand, also stars Apporva and Sindhu Loknath in prominent roles.
