Adhvithi Shetty to play a medical student in her next film

Actress Adhvithi Shetty has signed a new film called

Dr Abhi 007

, directed by Dr

Venkatesh

Prasad, in which she will be paired with

newbie Jishnu

. “Director Venkatesh is a doctor by profession and the story of the film revolves around the experiences of a medical professional, laced with suspense thriller elements. I play a medical student who is keen to become a doctor and serve society. It’s a performance-oriented character. Though it is a new team, I was in awe of the character I have been offered and the screenplay, which has many twists in the right place,” she says.
For Advithi, 2021 is looking good, considering that she will be seen in films like Cadbury’s,

Sugar Factory

and Iravan. “Last year, my career had come to a standstill. But this year, thankfully, I have a handful of interesting roles,” she signs off.
