Kannada actor Adityaa is on a mission. He joins the long list of actors who aim to get those fantastically fit abs. And to get there, he has been relying on his personal trainer to take him through the strict workout schedule put together by Bollywood actor

"I just want to have a great, fit body. If I can manage, I hope to sport an eight-pack too.
I am following Hrithik's trainer's 84-day schedule. Though, it is really tough. Requires a lot of motivation to keep going, as there have been times when I have wanted to give up too," says Adityaa.
Ask him what is the toughest part of the ordeal, and he reels out, "It's a three part body workout. All heavy weights, repetitions till failure, no cardio, strict diet, supplements to be taken for recovery and lots of sleep. I find the recovery bit the toughest though, because I have always been against taking any kind of supplements. Now, I am taking multi vitamins and protein shakes too... thrice a day! I have literally been living at the gym!"
