latest development
is that Aditi Prabhudeva has walked out of the project due to date issues, as she is already shooting for projects like Old Monk and Gajanana and
Gang
.
Director Vijay Prasad is now scouting for a new heroine to play the female lead. The shoot of the movie is scheduled to start from the second week of October, in Mysuru. The story revolves around four orphans and the film also has Arun, Nagabhushan and Hema Dutt in prominent roles. Vijay Prasad had said, “Except the title, we have altered the content of the film which suits the image of Sathish. Petromax was supposed to take off in 2013, but it got delayed due to various reasons. The film also has elements of emotion, human values, wit and humour, with a social message as well and touches upon the importance of relationship.” Vijaya Prasad was supposed to direct Sathish in another movie called Parimala Lodge, which has also been shelved. The team has already begun the reading process.
Aditi was last seen on the silver screen in the movie Brahmachari which saw her sharing screen space with Sathish
Ninasam
for the first time.
