Aditi Prabhudeva is neck-deep in work, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. And yet, she’s signed up for yet another, Matinee. Here’s why: “I accepted this film at the last moment. Initially, I was a bit wary about the dates, but I didn’t want to lose out on the film as the story was very good.”
Matinee, which has two tracks, will see her reunite with Brahmachari co-star Sathish Ninasam once again.
The film also stars
Rachita Ram as the other female lead.
Sharing details about her role, Aditi says, “I play a girl named Chithra. If I were to tell you what the film is about, then I will have to classify it as a dark comedy with thriller elements.”
The actress is thrilled to work with people she has worked with earlier, like Sathish Ninasam and
Shivaraj KR Pete. “It makes it all the more comfortable. The other novelty is that the film is being backed by a lady named
Parvathi, and the fact that she’s a woman is one of the highlights of the film. It is being directed by
Manohar sir,” adds Aditi.
Aditi is also happy that the team has good technicians and it has been a good experience so far. “I have already finished shooting for a schedule of the film,” she say
