Adithya and Aditi Prabhudeva wrap up shoot for 5D

The shoot schedules for upcoming Kannada film 5D, which stars Adithya and Aditi Prabhudeva in the lead roles, has been completed. The suspense thriller, which is now in its post production stage, is being directed by

S Narayan

. The movie brings together Adithya and Aditi Prabhudeva for the first time on the silver screen. Apart from being made in Kannada, the film is being dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

The team had completed the first schedule of shoot before the second lockdown was imposed. Shoot for the second schedule began after lockdown restrictions were eased by following all the precautionary measures required to keep Covid at bay. Recently, lead actor Adithya had shared a working still from the set. The movie was launched by Darshan earlier this year.

Malur Srinivas

is the choreographer, Different Danny has composed the music and

Kumar Gowda

is the cinematographer. If things go according to plan, the movie might hit the screen by the end of this year.

Director S Narayan, who had delivered superhit films like Suryavamasha,

Simhadriya Simha

and Cheluvina Chittara, says he is attempting the suspense thriller genre for the first time in his career.
