Actress Samyukta Hornad has been honoured with the ‘

Young Achiever Award

’, in recognition of her work as a philanthropist, an entrepreneur and actor. She received the award from actor Vivek Oberoi in a glittery ceremony in the city recently.
Announcing her achievement, Samyukta wrote on her social media pages: “I think if you are kind to yourself and others, universe will be kind to you as well. Wherever I go, I lead with my heart and sometimes I carry my mind when things happen that i hadn't planned for or counted on... and it has lead me here. I trust that the little bit of love that I give now will magically come back to me... and open new places in my heart. I don’t know where I’m going but I’m on my way Universe... surprise me. (sic)”
