‘Wild Karnataka’ a documentary based on wildlife and biodiversity has been recognised worldwide. Now, the documentary will be aired in the regional language Kannada and actor-director Rishab Shetty has done the narration in Kannada after the Karnataka Forest Department roped him in for the project.

Rishab Shetty shared the news on his Twitter account with a teaser of the documentary which will start airing in parts from June 5 onwards. The video also features Rishab recording the voice over and has written, “The

‘Wild Karnataka' showcases the variety of habitat and species across Karnataka, which are yet undiscovered by many. This film was narrated by

Sir David Attenborough

in English, and Grammy award-winning music composer and producer Ricky Kej has composed the background score for the film.

The film is 52-minute long and took more than 4 years to be shot and released with many filmmakers working on almost 20 cameras. The filmmakers explored all the forest areas in Karnataka, in different seasons and captured the beauty of Karnataka. The film features different species like Lion-tailed Macaques, Hornbills and other amphibians and reptiles.
