Actor Arjun Gowda, who has been helping people by driving an ambulance for the aid of families of

COVID

patients, recently went to the

Ganges

to complete the final rites of many families that he has helped.

"I went to

Kaashi

to immerse the

ashes

of over 90 people who passed away due to COVID. Some of these were of those whose families refused to take the ashes or partake in the final rites. There were others who were orphaned and had no one to take on the responsibility. I chose to ensure that all these people got to find salvation in the right way and I decided to go to Kashi for this," shares Arjun.

The actor says, "There is this sense of satisfaction that I find when I know I have been there for someone and have helped them through a tough time."
