A Kannada film based on a Marathi novel

fame), Chethan, Meghana Raj and Sushmita Joshi will come together in an as-yet-untitled project, which is based on the Marathi novel Duniyadari, written by

Suhas Shirwalkar

. The project is slated to take off in August and the team recently shot for a retro-themed photoshoot. The film is going to be shot in and around

Dharwad

and Belagavi.
The film is being directed by Kumaresh and will have Charan Raj of

Godhi Banna Sadharna Mykattu

fame composing music. Raj Vardan tells us, 'This is a film that deals with friendship and I am very excited to begin work on it, since the story is so compelling.'
