Does not the onus of all these deaths rest with the Water Supply department? The department had to be charged with the ''murders'' of these gullible public. How can the water supply department be so callous in not clearing the ''silt'' in periodic phase? Where all the money for maintenance / regulation of drinking water allocated to the department goes? The responsible personnel of the department owes an explanation to the public, and the jurisdictional court must take a suo-moto cognisance of this offence and issue notices to the concerned. Are there any supporters to my views .... and take on this as peoples''s movement forward.Read allPost comment
