Yadha Yadha Hi

Movie review: The movie unfurls with Priyanka Shetty(Hariprriya), a top businesswoman, murdering Adithya Varma(Vasishta N Simha) at a resort in Munnar, as he allegedly assaulted her sexually, which then goes on to become the talk of the town.

Priyanka, who thinks she's gotten away with murder, is in for a shock as the case gets reopened. Since it was about the death of a cop, the case began to gather attention. Enter Ashok Teja (Diganth), a corrupt and astute cop who comes to help Priyanka. He offers to help her on recommendation of advocate Jayashanka; takes a bribe to get her out of trouble. This then leads to several layers being unravelled in the film that are interconnected, with twists and turns.

In the second half, the story picks up in pace, thanks to the intense narration. Yadha Yadha Hi which is a crime thriller movie has got the suspenses in the right place and in the perfect moment ensures everything falls immaculately on the platter. The plot which thrives on narration pattern and nail biting scenes hits the nail in the climax. The project which is the official remake of Evaru stays true to the core.

Full marks to Hariprriya for pulling off Priyanka's character which has negative shades. Diganth perfectly steps into the shoes of maverick cop Adithya. Vasista gives his best. Yadha Yadha Hi has all the elements which will make a perfect weekend watch.
