Sanjay and Madhu are two journalists, who don't have the best equation. But, when the two of them are forced to work together when they are covering the Kargil war - there's a bond that's forged between the two.

Arjun Sarja's films are known for showcasing national pride and his daughter's launchpad shows the same too. This film begins in present day Bengaluru, but we're taken back to the Kargil war. The film is at heart a love story, with generous amounts of action and melodrama too.

The film is about two journalists, both working for two different news channels. As expected, the two don't really like each other, but the equation changes when fate puts the two of them together in the warring backdrop of Kargil. Will they be able to express their love to each other?

This film has some good action sequences and the songs are quite a treat too. But the story could have been a lot tighter. It goes back to using old commercial film tropes like the comedy tracks, which unnecessarily lenghten the plot of the film. The film uses the backdrop of the Kargil war, and there are ample emotional scenes that talk about how soldiers are the real heroes. The formulaic first half is salvaged to a little extent by an heartwarming second half.

When it comes to performances, Chandan Kumar shines in the action sequences. Aishwarya Arjun shows a lot of promise and excels in dancing. Suhasini, K Vishwanath and Prakash Rai have endearing roles in the film. Watch this film if you're a fan of the stereotypical commercial fare, replete with comedy, sentiments, action and romance.
