Plot: Nite Road is a gripping murder mystery-thriller centered around a mysterious road accident.

Movie Review: The film follows Police Officer Daksha (Dharma) as he investigates a rape case, only to uncover that his own brother is the suspect. Just as he’s about to apprehend him, his brother dies in a baffling road accident.

As the investigation unfolds, it becomes clear that the accident was neither self-inflicted nor a collision with another vehicle, raising numerous questions for the police department. The case takes a chilling turn when the team discovers a disturbing pattern: accidents on this road consistently occur during the dark new moon phase. This revelation deepens the investigation and keeps the audience on the edge of their seats.

Directed by Gopal Halepalya, Nite Road attempts to blend murder mystery with spiritual themes. While the film features some intriguing elements, the screenplay could benefit from more strength and pacing. The storytelling feels fresh at times, but a brisker narration would elevate the overall experience.

Dharma delivers a compelling performance as the police officer, with Jyoti Rai and Govinde Gowda also excelling in their roles. Nite Road is an engaging watch for fans of murder mysteries, thrillers, and suspenseful narratives infused with spiritual twists.
