College students Sanjay and Nithya fall in love, much to the opposition of their peers. Their love story, which seems to be cruising along, hits a roadblock when the two of them get overcome by their emotions and passion. Can they survive the troubled times?

Every teenage love story shows the bubble gum cutesy romance of teenagers. Not too often does a filmmaker try to show the repercussions of the young lovers getting carried away by their passion. Naduve Antaravirali has beautifully captured a tale of love, emotions and family sentiments. It might seem a little over-the-top as far as the emotions go at times, but the story does leave the necessary impact.

The film begins on a rather dramatic note of the protagonist jumping off a moving bus as his crush declines his proposal. This sets the tone of the film, showing how it is not just a sweet campus love story. The story follows the rather rickety love story of Sanjay and Nithya, which ends up taking an obvious turn that the title suggests. The treatment of the second half, coupled with the performances, is what sets the film apart from the few other films that have touched upon such subjects.

The music of the film is one of its biggest plus points. Aishani Shetty impresses as the pregnant teenager, with her multitude of emotions. Prakhyath Paramesh is also aptly cast for his role. The ensemble cast lift the film with their performances. The two who steal the show among the cast are Achyuth Kumar and Tulasi Shivamani, especially in the second half.

Naduve Antaravirali is a very relevant film as it discusses topics that are often frowned upon. The melodramatic tone might seem too much, but it definitely helps drive home the point.
